Shipping Policy


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.


Shipping Time

Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier partner availability.


Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across India. Remote or restricted areas may have extended delivery timelines.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above a specified threshold (as displayed at checkout)
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this number on the courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time.


Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes during sale periods
  • Natural disasters or extreme weather
  • Courier partner delays
  • Public holidays

WeMart is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners, but we will assist you in resolving any issues.


Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at Sales@wemart.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately at Sales@wemart.com. Do not discard the packaging — it may be required for the courier claim process.
