Refund & Return Policy

At WeMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.


7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is significantly different from the description

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection (where size information was clearly provided), or products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at Sales@wemart.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product
  3. Our team will review your request within 48 business hours
  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions

Replacement Process

For damaged or wrong products, we offer a free replacement as the first resolution. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.


Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI (you will need to provide your bank details)

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Products without original packaging or accessories
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

Return Shipping

  • For damaged or wrong products: WeMart bears the return shipping cost
  • For other approved returns: Return shipping charges may apply

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing Sales@wemart.com with your Order ID. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please refer to our Return Policy.
