📦 How to Track Your Order
Step 1 — Find Your Tracking Number
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and the name of the courier partner handling your delivery.
Step 2 — Visit the Courier Website
Click on the tracking link provided in your email or SMS, or visit the courier partner’s website directly and enter your tracking number to get live updates.
Step 3 — Check Your Order Status
You will be able to see the current status of your shipment, including dispatch date, transit updates, and estimated delivery date.

❓ Didn’t Receive Your Tracking Number?
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s still not there, contact us and we’ll look into it right away.
📦 Package Not Delivered?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update. We will investigate with the courier partner and resolve the issue promptly.
