At WeMart, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which warranty claims are accepted for products purchased from our website.
General Warranty Coverage
WeMart products are quality-checked before dispatch. Where a manufacturer’s warranty is applicable, it will be clearly mentioned on the respective product listing page. In the absence of a specific manufacturer warranty, WeMart offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects as described below.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery
- Electrical or mechanical failure under normal use conditions
- Defects in materials or workmanship
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
- Damage resulting from unauthorised repair or modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents
- Damage caused by use of incorrect voltage or power supply
- Products with removed or tampered serial numbers
- Damage caused by exposure to water, extreme heat, or other environmental factors not specified in the product manual
Warranty Period
The warranty period varies by product and will be specified on the product listing page. If no warranty period is mentioned, a standard 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects applies from the date of delivery.
How to Claim Warranty
- Email us at Sales@wemart.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim – [Your Order ID]”
- Include your Order ID, product name, description of the defect, and clear photographs or a short video showing the issue
- Our team will review your claim within 48–72 business hours
- If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion
Warranty Claim Resolution
Upon approval of a valid warranty claim, WeMart will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement — A new unit of the same product will be dispatched
- Repair — Where applicable, the product may be repaired and returned
- Refund — A full or partial refund may be issued if replacement or repair is not possible
WeMart reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the defect and product availability.
Warranty Claim Shipping
For approved warranty claims, WeMart will bear the cost of return shipping. Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible, along with all accessories and documentation.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by WeMart. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, WeMart shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
