At WeMart, we are committed to providing a safe, convenient, and flexible payment experience for all our customers. This Payment Policy outlines the payment methods we accept, how transactions are processed, and what to do in case of payment issues.
Accepted Payment Methods
📱 UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
We accept all major UPI apps including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, and any other UPI-enabled application. UPI payments are instant and secure.
💳 Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and American Express. Credit card payments are processed through our secure payment gateway.
🏦 Debit Cards
All major Indian bank debit cards are accepted, including those issued by SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, and other leading banks.
💻 Net Banking
We support net banking from all major Indian banks. Simply select your bank during checkout and complete the payment through your bank’s secure portal.
💰 Digital Wallets
We accept payments through popular digital wallets including Paytm Wallet, Mobikwik, and other supported wallets available at checkout.
🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders across most pin codes in India. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. COD availability is subject to your delivery location and order value.
Payment Security
All online payments on WeMart are processed through SSL-encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers. Your financial information is always protected.
Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your Order ID and purchase details. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at Sales@wemart.com.
Payment Failure
If your payment fails during checkout:
- Please check that your card or account has sufficient funds
- Ensure your billing details are entered correctly
- Try an alternative payment method
- Contact your bank if the issue persists
In case of a payment failure where your account has been debited but no order confirmation was received, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please contact us at Sales@wemart.com if you do not receive the refund within this period.
Currency
All prices on WeMart are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR ₹). International cards may be subject to foreign transaction fees charged by your bank, which are beyond our control.
Taxes
Applicable GST and other taxes are included in the displayed product price unless stated otherwise. A tax invoice will be provided with your order.
EMI Options
EMI options may be available on select credit cards and payment methods. Please check the checkout page for available EMI offers at the time of purchase.
