Cancellation Policy

At WeMart, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order, and what to expect in terms of refunds.


1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation:

  1. Email us at Sales@wemart.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation – [Your Order ID]”
  2. Include your Order ID, registered email address, and reason for cancellation
  3. Our team will confirm the cancellation within 24 business hours

Once confirmed, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.


2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may:

  • Refuse delivery at the door (for prepaid orders, a refund will be initiated after the product is returned to us)
  • Accept delivery and initiate a return as per our Refund & Return Policy

3. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

Payment Method Refund Timeline
UPI / Net Banking 3–5 business days
Credit / Debit Card 5–7 business days
Digital Wallet 2–3 business days
Cash on Delivery (COD) No charge (payment not collected)

Refunds are credited to the original payment method. For COD orders that have been refused at delivery, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after you provide your bank details.


4. Cancellation by WeMart

WeMart reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Incorrect pricing due to a technical error
  • Suspected fraudulent or invalid transaction
  • Delivery address is outside our serviceable area

In all such cases, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.


5. Exceptions

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed:

  • Orders that have already been dispatched
  • Customised or personalised products (if applicable)
  • Products purchased during special flash sales with a “No Cancellation” tag
